Position - Operations Engineer Experience - 3 to 8 years Qualification - Diploma / BE Mechanical Location - Jejuri (Pune) Department - SMS (steel melting shop) Key skills - ladle arc furnace and electrical arc furnace (Operations) JD Brief- Responsible for LRF/ Eaf in SMS Operations Responsible for repairs and upgrades to machinery and coordinating with other department heads to fine-tune operations systems. They also routinely examine machinery for defects and communicate maintenance schedules to department heads Heading operation, attaining the daily production target, and tracking progress against target by analyzing daily production report. Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve the production target, problem and defect analyzing, quality inspection, modification and upgradation of the system, safety of man and machine.
