We are looking for a Head Liaison & Land Acquisiton a company into Renewable Energy to be based at their Corp office at Delhi. The incumbent should have experience acquiring land in Gujarat belt. Tthe candidate will lead all aspects related to land acquisition and necessary land-related approvals/permissions required for the company s renewable energy offerings in India. Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to Acquiring land for the company in the states of Gujarat to install solar and wind power plants Obtaining all necessary approvals Working with land aggregators, legal consultants and other relevant stakeholders for conducting due diligence on earmarked land Resolving all Right of Way (ROW) issues related to land and evacuation infrastructure Requirements Professional qualification Graduate 10-25 years of experience in land acquisition Self-starter; detail-oriented, meticulous, dependable and trustworthy Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Be willing to travel within India Location Job location for the above position is in New Delhi, with requirements for travel to various Photon Group sites and locations across different states in India
