 Role :DGM/Sr.DGM ·        Exp : 18+ years BE-2001-2004 batch pass out Responsible for ensuring timely sourcing & development of materials to meet the businesses operational requirements with adherence to SLAs and cost parameters, scout market to identify new suppliers for New Project and drive.   Efficient Buying – Lead relationship management with vendor partners and actualized BOP cost parameters to enable cost optimization as per PFS Cost targets.- Responsible for timely & efficient capex buying related to tools & dies, jigs & fixture & assy line & ensure the budget cost control.- Evaluate the cost corrections, ECN Cost Impact, VA/VE cost saving idea with internal & external stakeholder as per the budgeted price and take approval from corporate for the implementation.- Preparing plans for BOP Procurement, Services as per the production plan in discussion with business leaders.   Risk Management- Assess new and existing supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity and ensuring suppliers are able to meet requirements for performance, quality, cost and delivery of components and requirements for TS 16949, ISO 14001 and other applicable customer and internal system requirements- Develop positive relationships and work closely with suppliers to track & manage supplier related information such as supplier development capability & capacity studies, delivery times, product and price ranges3Every Business to win > 2 Customer Quality Awards per year.   Supplier capability & Performance- Scout market information and entrepreneurial companies to identify potential sources and suppliers and provide inputs to the corporate team on emerging market trends, new suppliers etc. for the preparation of procurement policy and guidelines- Review supplier’s performance indicators in form of QCDD, Supplier facilitate & capability to develop new   Competency Management – Provide leadership, coordination and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained enabling them to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.     Education Qualifications - Bachelors (/Electronics/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering), MBA in SCM Management preferred Experience Requirements – 18+ years total Exp. And 10 years in SCM sourcing/purchasing division in Auto industry Functional Competencies - Supply Chain Analytics- SCM Technology & Process Management- Strategic Sourcing Management- Manufacturing Process Understanding & Component Costing   Buying capacity – 1000 Cr- 2000 Cr        Should have knowledge about Wiring Harness, PCB Assembly, Die casting  and  Plastic-  Major Commodities   Behavioural Competencies - Result oriented- Knowledge & learning- Time & resource Management- Commercial Awareness- People Management
