Primarily be responsible for creating, refining and executing scalable onboarding programs that help new channel partners (Fabricators, Dealers, ORC Agents) to become competent with Product Knowledge, selling, Fabricating and Installing Products. This role will be interacting directly with new Channel partners on a high touch regular basis while also working closely with Retail Sales Managers, Service Team Executives & Project Sales Managers. Document every channel partner profile (Fabricator Franchisees & Dealers) for all new partners to share internally The Training team is responsible for all channel training & enablement and reports into this Role. Facilitate and train new partners for onboarding and ongoing sales process and product needs Develop mutually agreed upon 30, 60, 90 plans with new channel partners Work with the Training manager to develop and deploy necessary certifications for partners at all levels of the partner organization. The Manufacturing Excellence Team & Channel Activation team reports into this role to scale up the channel faster. Settiing up of both channel, Dealers AND Company Showrooms and experience centers
