Responsibilities: Must have delivered E&E, Electrification (EV for Drive, implement functions) and Control Software for Products / Machinery in industries like Off-Highway, EV Commercial & Automotive from concept to design to development to testing and Product introduction. Create, review, and sign off technical documentation associated with electrical & Control Category Lead the creation, modification, maintenance, and management of electrical designs. Conduct and coordinate failure analysis with internal group and vendor. Teardown and benchmark of E&C systems used in competition and prepare reports Contribute to the development of control software algorithms and service tools Management of hardware development like electronic controller, sensors, Lights, Wiring Harness etc Support the analysis and justification of electrical based designs and component selection in accordance with functional safety standards. Develop Machine Electrical schematics and work with Harness team for release of machine harness. Work with Software team to implement Machine Software Requirements in production environment. Leading requirements analysis and management tasks – from capturing customer requirements to developing requirement sets for sub-systems & suppliers. Leading systems design and development tasks – working both internally and closely with the existing supply chain and strategic partnerships to develop technical solutions. Leading systems integration, verification and validation tasks – from developing sub-system level test specifications, through to generating compliance matrices to allow sign-off of top level systems for delivery Required Skills Extensive experience in Electrical & Electronics system engineering in off Highway machines/ Automotive vehicles System integration experience, defining interfaces, requirements, specifications at Machine and component level Experience in developing systems engineering capabilities across programmes Knowledge of vehicle schematic and wiring harness Regulatory compliance and testing (SAE, IEC, FMVSS, EMI, EMC etc) experience Experience in working in a high voltage and high current environment Qualifications Masters/ BTech in Electrical / Electronics 20+ Years of hands-on experience in working on E&C System Domain experience in Automotive/Off Highway Area.
