To Lead the ESG initiatives in the plant 2.To bring down the Avoidable losses by Effective Preventive Maintenance. 3.To Maintain optimum specific consumption by Effective Utilisation Power, Fuel & Water. 4. Liasioning with the PCB/TNEB and other Govt authorities. 5. To Lead the Infrastructure Maintenance 5.Effective planning of predictive maintenance. 6. Carryout analysis & produce reports on a monthly basis. 7.To satisfy the internal customer requirements based on the customer need. 8.Responsible for both Electrical & Mechanical Modifications. 9. To Derive Maintenance excellence within the plant 10. Responsible for ETP & STP and Steam plant Operations Key Result Areas 1.Maximizing Equipment availability. 2.Reduction of Maintenance cost. 3.Enhance the Asset utilisation. 4. Complying legal/Statutory requirements. 5. Project Execution 6.Low cost Automation. Skills / Competencies 1.Knowledge in Mechatronics . 2.Knowledge in Hydraulis & Steam distribution. 3.Programing In PLCs. 4.Excellent written & Verbal Communication. 5.Knowledge in Powerpoint presentation.
