Business Development of PGT’s BIM Services (Architecture, Structure, MEP and Infra’) in Middle East at targeted rates and revenue. Identify target accounts, maintain CRM, establish contacts, and generate interest for online and in-person meetings. Evaluate customer requirements and develop solution with technical team support. Pursue opportunities, make proposals, negotiate, and close orders. Manage customer relationship and ensure effective account management. Contribute to Marketing Content creation and run email & LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation. Travel independently to Europe once every quarter with reasonable planning and costs. Prepare and present monthly reports including updates on new meetings, proposals, order booking, revenue, receivables, challenges faced and their probable solutions.
