Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of stress design basis, load cases, critical line list, wind, and seismic related basic calculations • Piping stress analysis of critical lines connected to all sensitive equipment, support design, preparation procurement related document like MRs and bid evaluation / • Preparing cost estimates / manhour estimates and business development activities. • Knowledge of plant design codes like ASME B 31.1 / 31.3 / 31.4 / 31.8 / ASME SEC VIII and equipment design codes. • Leading the large mega projects independently • Leading large stress team and managing clients • Knowledge of quality compliance related procedure, reviewing contract documents, BDEPs, project technical audits. Key Skills Required: • Understanding of Project Scope of work, budget, and schedule • Interdisciplinary technical Coordination with effective communication • Vendor document review • Stress Analysis, Support Design, Piperack Design, Caesar II • SIF calculation for non-standard fittings • Knowledge and experience in analysis of Jacketed piping, buried piping, pipelines, non-metallic piping etc. • Knowledge of dynamic analysis, vibration analysis, slug, or two-phase flow analysis • In-depth knowledge of Caesar II latest software and 3D model review software • Knowledge of various types of expansion bellows, spring supports and its applications • Knowledge of vibration analysis, pulsation analysis and surge analysis will be added advantage • Experience in checking stress analysis calculations, reports and documents • Knowledge of stress analysis of high-temperature and high-pressure piping systems, codes, and guidelines • Preparation of support standards and special supports. • Knowledge of various materials used in high temperature and low temperature services. • Knowledge of vibration related analysis, pulsation analysis and surge analysis will be added advantage. • Trouble shooting and resolution of vibrations and other site related issues.
