Chief Operating Officer – Construction/ Civil Contractor - Handling complete day to day and site operations - Building and manging Client Relationships Cost optimization and profitability for the projects under supervision Vendor and supplier management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Requirements: - Should have handled Construction / EPC projects of more than 1000 crores aggregrated at multiple sites. - Should have handled multiple Government Client Relationships. - Experience in Tender compilation & submission. - Should be well versed with tender methodology/bid preparation & bid submission for all private/government tenders. - Should have indepth knowledge of site suppliers, suppliers and contractors for North India. - Ensure proper site visit, attending all meetings with clients. - Cross Check of all Bill preparations towards clients. - Handling all legal issues related to site - Reverting to all Government communication - Should have handled the ERP implementation at site Qualification: BE Civil with Post Graduation preferred Experience: 15 - 25 Years Salary - Industry Standards Location- Gurugram with staying at all locations in North India
